WHAT IS THE PCQI 2.0 COURSE TRAINING?

The PCQI 2.0 course is the most advanced version of the standardized Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) program, developed by the FSPCA and recognized by the FDA. This course trains professionals as Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQIs), ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standards and strengthening food safety within their organizations.
